Group classes
A gentle class perfect for those that want to work on the foundations of all the Pilates matwork exercises. Exercises to help improve core strength, balance, posture and flexibility. Suitable for beginners.
A mixed ability class offering alternatives for each exercise. This class keeps pace and flow, therefore, suitable for those with some Pilates experience.
This matwork Pilates class incorporates small props along with drawing on Joseph Pilates' classical 34 exercises. A full body workout, some Pilates knowledge is beneficial.
Private sessions
This optional initial assessment is a private session in which you will have your posture, mobility and any injuries assessed to see how Pilates may help you. We will go through the basic set up of neutral spine, and a few basic exercises.
A 1:1 private session to work on whatever you choose. Whether it's for an injury, a specific exercise, to help work towards a goal or just as a taster! Great to get some more in depth knowledge.
A 1:1 private session using Pilates equipment such as the reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, along with small props and matwork. This session is tailored to suit your needs and can help all abilities and levels.
