Calm Club

Join us at the earlier time of 7pm for a beautiful session.

This workshop will involve relaxation, gentle stretches, and some meditation. I will be making the studio as cosy as possible with candles, gentle music and aromatherapy blends to help allow you to escape for the evening!

Please bring along a blanket and pillow (or cushions) to help make you feel cosy! An exercise mat for the floor is also a good idea. You will need to wear clothing that you are able to move easily in - pyjamas are welcome if you wish to head home and straight to bed!
